4 Survival Tips for Burning Man 2018

1. Avoid taking unnecessary emotional baggage with you

2. Go deep if you want to fly high

Plan to do some workshops during the day so you grow more powerful on the inside.

3. Get some silicone Earplugs
They almost block out all the noise so you can get some actual sleep.

4. Drink Electrolytes 

You will re-hydrate much more quickly if you drink 1-3 packs per day. My favorite brand is Ener-C both can be found on Amazon. 

A lot can happen at Burning Man. Most of it is magical. Some parts of it can be stressful, sad, frustrating or triggering, but if you prepare well you will burn bright day and night!
