EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is also known as “Tapping”. It is a meridian-based, self-healing modality that combines elements of Chinese medicine, psychology, and loving empathy. EFT helps you clear past experiences and heal cultural conditioning.
EFT has been scientifically proven to reduce pain, and energetically clear emotional issues that underlay physical conditions.
♥ In EFT 2.0 (Saturday June 13th) you will have the chance to Learn how to use EFT and time to practice using EFT Tapping on the core memories or underlying beliefs which may be keeping physical or emotional issues trapped on your body. This potent, 3-hour workshop will guide you in how to create your own healing.
