What to say when you Tap!
A common question when using EFT is,
“What do I say?”
Remember that there is no right or wrong thing to say to yourself when Tapping.
The most important thing is to SAY WHAT IS TRUE FOR YOU RIGHT NOW.
- ACCEPT your issue and what you are feeling, thinking or experiencing.
For example: “I accept that I don’t know what to say while I tap.” - RECOGNIZE and acknowlege any resistance that comes up.
For example: “If I knew what to say, I would use EFT more… and then I might change too quickly.” - CHOOSE to move TOWARD what you DO want, what you would rather be experiencing.
For example: “I’m open to being intuitively guided while I tap.” - AFFIRM what you DO want as your ongoing experience.
For example: “I know how to do this intuitively.”
Note: There are several examples of Tapping Scripts that you can read through and follow, using each as a general guideline. Change any words or phrases to match your experience in the moment, making what you say during your Tapping session personal and true for YOU.
